Processed using the pulped natural method, the coffee is depulped and dried with its mucilage intact, allowing natural sugars from the fruit to influence the coffee’s development while maintaining clarity and structure. With notes of caramel sweetness, cocoa, roasted nuts, and hazelnut, and touches of dried fruit and soft citrus brightness. Its smooth body and balanced structure allow this coffee to roast consistently across multiple roast styles, great for blends or as a simple single-origin offering.
