This washed blend of Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra presents a clean and sweetness-driven profile. In the cup, it delivers notes of yellow fruits and tangerine, supported by high sweetness, medium citric acidity, and a light body. A caramel-toned aftertaste rounds out the profile, contributing to a balanced and approachable cup with good clarity.
Available in 35 kg bags with GrainPro for optimal preservation, this lot reflects a high level of care from start to finish. It roasts cleanly and consistently, with a profile that translates well from sample to production.
A single origin that stands comfortably on its own, refined, expressive, and easy to position on a menu. The kind of coffee that draws attention for the right reasons and keeps it.
This lot stands out for how the blend is structured and processed to highlight sweetness and clarity within a washed profile. By combining Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra, the cup is built with complementary attributes that enhance balance while maintaining definition. The washed process reinforces this structure, allowing acidity and sweetness to remain clearly articulated without interference from heavier fermentation characteristics.
At Alma Silvestre, this approach is supported by consistent post-harvest practices and careful lot preparation. Rather than relying on a single standout variable, the focus is on controlled execution and repeatability. For roasters, this results in a coffee that delivers a well-defined profile with stable performance across batches and roasting curves.
The Florencia farm stands out for its commitment to eco-friendly practices.
