60KG of Guji coffee from Ethiopia

Edido Washed

Grade 1

This Grade 1 washed Ethiopian coffee from Idido (Edido), one of the regions that has helped make Yirgacheffe a benchmark for specialty coffee. Produced by smallholder farmers growing traditional heirloom varieties between 1,900 and 2,450 masl, this coffee is sourced. Through long-term partnerships with coffee-growing communities committed to growing  coffees that preserve the regional identity of each producing area while maintaining the traceability and quality standards expected by specialty coffee roasters.

In the cup, Yirgacheffe Edido G1 Washed presents floral aromas with notes of citrus fruit, caramel, cocoa, herbal tea, and roasted nuts. The washed process enhances clarity, allowing the coffee's vibrant acidity, refined sweetness, and clean finish to remain clear. The result is a versatile profile that performs equally well as a delicate filter offering or a high-clarity single-origin espresso.

Available in 60 kg bags with GrainPro liner for added protection, this Ethiopian green coffee is a great fit for roasters looking for a clean, consistent washed coffee with the classic character that has made Yirgacheffe coffee one of the world's most sought-after origins.
