Produced by smallholder farmers in Idido (Edido), this Grade 2 washed Ethiopian green coffee comes from the heart of Yirgacheffe, a region known for producing some of Ethiopia's most distinctive coffees. Grown between 1,900 and 2,450 masl from traditional heirloom varieties, the coffee is carefully washed to preserve the clarity, sweetness, and vibrant character that define a classic Yirgacheffe coffee.

In the cup, Yirgacheffe Edido G2 Washed delivers notes of strawberry, guava, kiwi, honeydew melon, peach, orange blossom, and yogurt tart. A creamy body, balanced acidity and a clean finish make this a vibrant coffee that is easy to enjoy. The washed process preserves clarity throughout the cup, allowing the coffee's layered fruit character and floral aromatics to remain well defined.
